Howard “G” Gaskins aka Comedian Grandma G

Have you ever seen a taser or a stun gun? What strikes you most about this small but innovative device? Speed? Accuracy? Howard “G” Gaskins, also known as Comedian Grandma G, brings that same precision AND a fresh new anointing to the Comedy Industry with an electrifying and witty jolt of comedic, quick humor. This actor/comedian and playwright is known by many organizations and churches by his “G” brand of humor.

Howard “G” Gaskins aka Grandma G was the youngest of 5 children and was raised in a two parent household in Baltimore Maryland. His father, Howard Sr., was his role model and by far was the “most funniest in our family”. Howard “G” is an active drama/theater instructor for the Baltimore City Parks & Recreation with a heart for urban youth. The Baltimore native is also the commercial spokesperson for Senate Car Insurance and is known for the infamous line “Kiss My Bumper” as well as the “Slow Jams” cd for Time Life and various other national TV commercials.

Internationally known and traveled, Howard “G” Gaskins aka Grandma G has had the honor to perform in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Japan for our U.S. troops. He has shared the stage with Martin Lawrence, Jamie Fox, Patti Labelle, Yolanda Adams, Dave Chapelle,The O'jays, Jamie Fox and the Temptations, just to name a few. He’s been on HBO’s “The Wire”, and has performed on several seasons of BET’s Comic View & HBO’s DEF Comedy JAM. He has written and directed several musical comedy stage plays, all of which are spiritually based.

Howard “G” Gaskins aka Comedian Grandma G is confident in what he’s done and his future plans include producing talent for his production company (G Productions) and releasing his series of comedy stage plays & sitcom. Howard G’s brand and products have entertained millions around the world. His new line of musical comedy stage plays include “Never Could Have Made It $$”, “Never Could Have Paid It $$, Part II”, “As Cherry Hill Turns”, “Love Thy Neighbor”, and “Ebony Scrooge” which features an all children cast that has sold thousands of DVD’s. Howard is considered to be the next Tyler Perry and brings a fresh and funny perspective to the traditional comedy set.
